PAYMENT & DELIVERY
Domestic Delivery
All prices are stated in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) only. All orders will be shipped via Skynet and Poslaju within Malaysia. Orders are processed and ship out within 3 working days upon order confirmation. Once your item is shipped, packages generally will be received within 3 working days for West Malaysia and 5 working days for East Malaysia. We are operate daily from Monday through Friday excluding weekends and public holidays from 10am to 6pm. We ensure your order is delivered on time, but do note that parcels might exceed the expected time frame for conditions beyond such as severe weather, service interruptions or etc. Please note that we are not responsible or liable for missing parcel during shipping. Please make sure all shipping details are correct upon check out. Any returned order by the shipping company due to incorrect information provided by customer will be borne by the customer. International Delivery
We are based in Malaysia. For International orders, please contact info@mimospillow.my to check on the shipping rate and distributor availability in your country. Please provide your name, full delivery address include postcode and contact number for quotation purposes. Payment will be made via Paypal only.
Payment Methods
All transactions are made in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) only via eGHL, a payment gateway that accepts credit cards, debit cards and local e-banking transactions. If you do not have any of the stated above, we do accept Cash Deposit transaction and Paypal for International orders only. Kindly refer to the information stated below:
Cash Deposit / E-Banking
Payment methods by Cash deposit or E-Banking should include with an Order ID as reference. All E-Banking transaction should crossed and made payable to MAURICE ZENITH TRADING (full detail is provided upon checkout). For GIRO transaction wise, it might take additional 3 working days to process the payment, therefore, your order will not be ship out until the funds have cleared in account. Once you have made the payment, kindly attach proof of payment (E-payment receipt or Cash Deposit receipt) to INFO@MIMOSPiLLOW.MY along with your Order ID. Once payment is received, your parcel will generally processed and ship out via JNT or DHL Express with a tracking number. Orders will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received within 24 hours.
TAXES & CURRENCY
Pricing and Currency are displayed according to Malaysia Ringgit (MYR). Please use Foreign Exchange Rate Calculator for a rough gauge. Orders shipped outside of Malaysia may subject to duties or VAT where the taxes are levied to you by your Government. For more information, you may contact your local custom agency. Parcel may be delayed at custom for additional 2-3 working days (depending on destination) to pay taxes on the goods before release.
EXCHANGE & RETURN
All the orders checked out on Mimos Pillow Malaysia are considered final and we do not accept any forms of returns and exchanges unless it is a fault on our part or should your item be damaged during transit. If you receive a defective product, please notify us at info@mimospillow.my within 3 days upon receiving the product to be eligible for an exchange. If the anomalies in the product fulfil the return requirements, Mimos Pillow Malaysia will replace the article of one of the same model or characteristics. All exchanges and returns must be done within 7 working days. It must be securely packaged and returned in original packaging, brand new and unwashed condition. We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise does not meet our return requirements.
Mimos Pillow Malaysia will bear the expenses of shipment due to this change. The shipment costs of the damaged product will be first paid by the customer and then we will pay the costs back to the customer via e-banking transfer once finalized the substitution of the product.
